Force font download and install

How can I force a font to be downloaded and installed so that a page can be
viewed with the font that was used in it's design?
 
You can't force a user to allow your font to be download, this is a choice that each user has. It
you want to do this, and it only works for users of IE, then visit
http://www.microsoft.com/typography/WEFT.mspx
