Force a number input

Hi,
I'd like to know if it's possible for force people to put in a number in
some field and create a msgbox if it's not a number. And how it's possible is
probably more important. An example code would be appreciated!

The function you need is Data validation.
Look it up in Excel help.

Lookup data validation in Help. I think that you will find sufficient info
there to do what you want.
