Hello,

We have in an office a Win XP computer with just one account. The
employees use a program to mark their time that they get in. However,
this program uses the Win XP clock to get it's time. My problem is that
the employees, if they are late, they change the time to an earlier
time, mark their check in, and then reset it back.

Is there a way that I can block the clock so that the users can not
change it?

Thanks in advance,
DT.

Group Policy Editor... Computer Configuration... Security Settings... Local Policies...
User Rights Assigments... Change the System time...
You can remove/add any group here.

Hi buRford, thanks for your help.

Where do I find those options?

I have it in Start Menu... Programs... Administrative tools... but if I recall, I put it
there ;)
So... Start... Run, and type in "gpedit.msc" without the quotes.

That should do it for you...
