For Antique Collectors: Turtle Beach Sound Cards *Can Work on Vista

Turtle Beach made excellent quality sound cards. They discontinued them in
2001. Perhaps you have a wife or girlfriend whose existence was prior to
2001. You do if your wife, husband or girlfriend or boyfriend is older than
6 years old. Have you discarded them yet? Do you still find use for them
today? Don't let Vista make you throw them away. Don't let the obvious
lack of cooperation between MSFT and their Platinum partner hardware
companies take away hardware you were using and bought with your hard
earned money. MSFT's Motto: There are hundreds of millions of fools--they
are our customers and we can put their money in our pockets and those of our
Platinum partners. Watch the fools buy pre-loaded Vista PCs with no Vista
DVD in their shopping carts. They did it for 6 years of XP and they'll do it
for four years of Vista. They'll do it for four years of Blackcomb/Vienna
as well. Fools are fools.

There must be some of you out there who still have the same wife, husband,
girlfriend, boyfriend you had in 2001 somewhere.

It is widely believed they couldn't possibly work on Vista, and was
frequently wrongly posted on the TBT groups as well as this one, that they
wouldn't and they can be made to work. I've gotten it to work on every
build to Vista since the delivery room in July 2005 to the birth with a
multitude of congenital defects that the makers have yet to fix on November
8, 2007.

Here's how:

A View>Find>JP reveals that you would do well to have 1% of the mind your
imbecility pisses on.

LOL I look forward to taking apart some more of your inanities.
Additionally before you crown yourself watchdog of this group try learning
some basic Windows 101. Get a decent book to start.

And where, pray tell, is the original post for this? I'm not asking you,
Dustin, to provide an answer... I'm just wondering why all I see is your
reply and cannot find the original post anywhere... aggravating...

Hello Lang,
I will try to answer your question I was looking for some Santa Cruz
help on the community here and I came across a post that had this link

http://www.neowin.net/forum/index.p...topic=441003&st=0&p=587290125&#entry587290125

The post said that thsi sis how you can get the santa cruz card to work with
vista. I did get it to work but not the way this post states nor in full
working order as this post seems to lead me to believe it should. It only
allows for 2.0 speakers it don't detect my 5.1 system at all..

Thanks,

Dustin
