well i made a sandwich yesterday (anchor butter, mayonnaise, turkey ham, salt and vinegar crips) and only after i had eaten it did mum come in my room and tell me that the bread was all mouldy.

I seem to have a craveing for Texas style bonless chicken thighs from the CO-OP at the moment..(2xCartons for £5) Dont worry though this is just a silly passing phase.. Im sure ill make myself sick of them soon enough... :)

Geeee.... how come you guys dont like Mushrooms?.. There Just Yummy... (Hobbits Like em Too!).. Now There just really nice if you have em cold, clean, fresh and raw.... Yum Yum Yum!

Now Peas thats another story... Absolutly disgusting things.. even if for some obscure reason i find myself with a pot noodle (These are quite disgusting too)... then before i add the water.. i have to sit there and pick out all the dried peas!..... (here i should recycle and send them back to the manufacturer.. but i just throw them in the bin.. where they damned well belong)... Yuk!

I like mushrooms, fish, crab, peas and real Ale :D Though not neccessarily together

I just thinking, I've never eaten lobster, must get round to it one of these days.

Anybody here think of any one thing they've never tasted or eaten? (and I'm talking food items here, per-lease...... ;) )

Never had some of the exotic meats around (seabass / crab / lobster are about the limit for me so far).

I'm actually taking Omega3 tablets at the moment - they are called "EyeQ" and they are proven to make people cleverer.

A scientific study was carried out where the people that were not very good in school were given a few of these capsule things each day at school and by the end of the few months, grades had improved and they were asking to go the library.

weird...

I took Omega 3 after watching that programme on TV too, I've read quite alot about Omega 3 and fish oils recently - it seems to be the new "thing". I don't bother taking Omega 3 any more, but I try to have a fish meal at least once a week to get some of the oils.

LOL spooky...

Ian - yeah i heard it will help a lot of illnessses too and yeah it does seem to be the new in thing - i guess it's almost like herbal stuff - it's natrual AND beneficial...

i try to take a omega 3 thing every time i make a cuppa but i usually forget and it ends up being like one a day...

Yep, I eat fish at least once a week, took some of those cod liver oil capsules for a while but when I still couldn't figure out stuff I could never figure out before, I stopped taking 'em ;)

I like mackerel and herring/kippers, the oily fish, I believe, are the ones with Omega3 thingie in.

Whilst we're on the subject, if ever I get an infection, a cut or something, I take a few of them Kwai garlic perles for a day or two and try to sleep a lot. Mostly it works, the infection clears up after a few days. Beats taking all them antibiotics.

So, is Cod liver oil the same as Omega 3 then? Are they one and the same? I can remember having cod liver oil forced down my throat as a kid, taken from a teaspoon - it was disgusting. That and malt, which wasn't a lot better, yuk. I expect Mucks can remember a similar horrible experience.
