I started messing around with Display Properties and have my fonts munged up.
Is there any way to reset or re-install the default display fonts?

Do a System Restore to a time prior to the goof up.

Start > Accessories > System

Tallahassee

Go into your display properties > Appearance tab and select the Windows
Classic scheme.
