Fonts too large in knowlege base

Internet explorer seems to work just fine. My normal
websites are behaving properly. Microsoft.com is ok. But
when I go to the knowlege base the words on the right hand
side of the screen are huge(each letter is the size of my
screen), and the tables for your search and configurations
are also huge. Any help would be appreciated.
 
OH MY GOSH, I had the same problem!!!!!!
The answer for me was that my profile had corrupted files
on it and it screwed that up....it was such a hassle to
find out because on every other profile on this computer
it worked fine except mine, and it was so strange that
all websites, even MS.com worked well EXCEPT the
knowledge base. I had to move all my stuff over to
another profile and the problem was resolved.
