Fonts question

Recently installed XP Pro w/SP2 and all relevent updates.

System:

MSI K8N Neo 4 Platinum
MSI 6800GT
Muskin DDR400 2@512 L2V2
PC Power & Cooling Express 510


Am having a problem with a "ghosting" effect (like a gray shadow
to the right of a character).

Have tried a complete, fresh reinstall of XP, using video drivers
from the nVidia site (71.89 ver), Omega drivers and the included
MSI drivers. Can't get rid of the problem.

Any suggestions ???

is it the problem of font?
have a try to change your display effect.

Define "display effect".....

I have tried different resolutions, refresh rates and color quality with no
positive results.
