Fonts for Folder List

I have XP. Is there a way to change the font for the
folder list? I have some co-workers that want to see it
bigger.

The setting you have for Windows' Selected Items is what determines the
folder list font

Start | Control Panel | Display | Appearance | Advanced

Select the Selected Items entry in the Item: drop-down list and set the font
to the desired size.
