Fonts color can't change

P

Pierre Wauthy

Hi,

In the past I can change the color of the fonts (red, blue..) with the color
icon on the right of the fonts. (fat, italic, underline).
Suddenly, now when I select a color, the color of the text do not change
(black)
I have verify the parameter, normaly they are good. For the text it's in HTLM.

Have you a idea, or a solution ?

Thanks for your help.

I'm experiencing a similar problem. just recently when I send and email to a
Yahoo group and receive a copy of of it in my inbox its in a blue typeface
and I can't figure out why.

It's kind of irritating not have the usual black typeface - not knowing how
to rectify the problem.

Appreciate any advice,

Peter

Try Message | New Message Using | No stationery and see if you can change the fonts then. Some Stationery will dictate the font so you can't override it.

red
green
blue

Can you see those alright?

Try File | New | Mail Message and then switch to plain text formatting and
then switch back to HTML formatting and see if you can change the color
then.

Hi Steve,

I've make the test.
But no solution
In plain text or HTML I can't change the color of the font.
The other options in HTML (fat, italic and underline) go very well.
Only the color doesn't match.

have you an other idea ?
Thanks Pierre

I can see the color in the option on the right of the icon "fat, italic,
underline"
but when I select one (red, blue ...) the font believe in black
It's also the same if I make a copy/paste from Word.

Open *Internet Explorer*>tools menu>options>general tab>click the
Accessibility button at the bottom>ensure that none of the following are
selected:

. Ignore colours specified on Web pages
. Ignore font styles specified on Web pages
. Ignore font sizes specified on Web pages

Click the check box to clear.

OK your way out.

Close WM & IE, reopen WM, now try your stationery?

(You may have to restart your computer for the changes to take effect)?

I've seen a few gone missing apparently. The communities feature is hosed
again.
