How do I upload a font to web server and see it?

You don't.

The fonts are not on the web server. They are on your computer and on the
visitor's computer, and you cannot upload a font to the visitor's computer,
so stick to the standard fonts, the fonts that the visitor is most likely to
already have on his or her computer.
