For some reason, in Internet Explorer, my font has
defaulted to about 24 pt. size. This usually overrides
whatever is written in a web site and makes printing and
reading a website real difficult. Any ideas on where the
setting to change this back to normal would be.
Actually, if there were anyway to set EVERY single setting
back to default, that would be good to.

Thanks,
Matt

What happens when you change text size with IE-View-Text Size?

What flavor of Windows? Go to Control Panel > Display Properties >
Appearance, and you should find a place to choose font size. In XP, there's
just Normal, Large, and Larger.
