Font Sizes

Why is it that some websites font sizes is small. Some of the sites font is
so small I cant read it. Is there some sort of setting that needs to be
changed on my computer?

If you're using Internet Explorer you can go on the menu at the top to
View, then Text Size to select a larger size.

Also, I think if you hold down either Control <Ctrl> key while rolling
your mouse wheel, if it has one, it will make the text larger or smaller.
