The font is extremely to big i tried changing the text
size under view but the font is still bigger than the
sreen. Thank you.

Make sure your accesibilites are turn off and your at a go
screen resolution. Accesibilites is under tools->internet
options->Bottom of the new window.

There are keystroke combinations that can turn
on "accessibility" features. I found that this had
happened to me and I think I got the same problem as you--
gigantic text and improper web-page display. To see if
this will help you, go to START> Control Panel>
Accessibility Options> Display> and turn off high
contrast. Fixed me right up, no idea how I hit those
keys, or if that indeed is what turned it on.
