font size in Outlook

I was composing an e-mail and I accidentally hit something on the left side
of my keyboard, and now my font size is way too small. When I send someone an
e-mail it looks normal, but when I am writing one, that's when the font thing
happens. Does anyone know what I can do to fix this?

you can go into options, compose and set the fonts.
