Font size different in normal view and Preview

N

Nicole Stevenson

I would like the body text of my site to display in 10
point and normal (non bold). I am using a theme on the
site and I have altered the size in the style sheet.
However in the preview display all the body text displays
as bold and 12 point. I have tried everything but do not
seem to resolve the problem. Any ideas would be much
appreciated.

Did you modify the current theme, save under a new name, then remove the
current theme, and then apply your new modified theme?

You must modify theme style sheets w/i the theme (not in the .css file)
Format - Theme - Modify(Customize) - Text - More Text Styles (body, td , th, caption)
And save as a new theme name

Something else you might check is the browser text setting. Open IE and make
sure that the View | Text Size is set to Medium. The preview mode is
essentially an embedded IE browser so it will pickup some of the IE settings
and may make things appear different if IE's text size is accidentally
bumped.

Hope this helps,
