It's sometimes called Chancery Black; are you sure you're looking for it in
the right place? If it's really gone, then you'll need to find the disks/CDs
for the program that installed it. This will NOT (according to
http://www.microsoft.com/typography/fonts/default.aspx) be any Microsoft
application.
