font problem

When I change my fonts in Frontpage using the normal
method of selecting the text then selecting the font in
the drop down menu, then font changes, but as soon as I
click ctrl S to save, the fonts change back automatically
to the default font - why is this? I am trying to change
my page`s font to Arial.
 
You can only apply a font to a selected element (<p> or other) in your page
