Font on incoming and outgoing email

For some reason all the emails I create or receive have started coming in a
font Arial 10. This is much smaller than I was using before and even when I
go back to my previously sent emails they are in this small font.
How do I get it back to be at a larger font?

Try :
Tools > Read > click Fonts > Font size, click the pointer and choose > OK
