font on explorer

The font size on even this screen for me is so small I can't barely read it
and I have a large screen. It's not a problem otherwise. Only microsoft web
pages. Did they do something? It happened about a month ago.

Hold down the control key and scroll the mouse wheel. One direction makes it
bigger, the other smaller.

This works in most, but not all, applications.
