These are compressed files. If you want to disable it, go to Windows
Explorer/Tools/Folder Options/
View/Show encrypted or compressed NTFS files in color.
To change the color used: TweakUI/Explorer/Colors
To set manually:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer
AltColor
AltEncryptionColor
