font color

My Excel's font on my new pc is locked in black even if I change it in
Format. When I enter any data into a cell it shows its color until I move out
of it, then the font color returns to black. How can I fix this?

You could try Format, Style and change your normal font, Style, Font,
Format etc. This does not work until you have exited Excel and
reopened it.

If this does not work, it could be set by your adminstrator if you are
on a network, so you are not allowed to change it.

Then you would have to address this problem with them.
