Font changes into unreadable charactors on outlook. How can I fix?

I got a new computer and Japanese font has been turned into sequence of
"?????" and/or symbles like this "±‚ñ‚È—V‚Ñ‚ð‚₽‚æ". How can I fix this
problem?
This does not happen all the time, but after replying few time over a same
e-mail.

You need to setup your PC's regional and language settings in Control
Panel, I bet your PC does not have the Asia Language Pack installed,
you might need Win Install disc to install the pack before you could
view the correct characters.

You also need to run Outlook in Unicode Mode. Please give us more
information about your environment (including Outlook version).
