can i change font size by one for a doc. all 14s-a15 and
12-13, 8-10s
thanks randy

Select the entire document (Ctrl+A) and use one of the following shortcuts:

Ctrl+> (GrowFont) increases each font to the next larger size listed in the
Font list (12 to 14, for example).

Ctrl+] (GrowFontOnePoint) increases font size by one point (12 to 13).

The corresponding shortcuts for decreasing font size are Ctrl+< (ShrinkFont)
and Ctrl+[ (ShrinkFontOnePoint).
