Following up with a contact

Is there a way to have more then one follow up with the same contact. We
can put a contact in more then one "category", how do we do this with the
follow ups? Some of my contacts I have to send letters to and some of the
same I need to call. Thanks in advance for your help.

If you need more than one, consider creating a task for that contact. It
will give you a reminder and will appear in the contact's Activities list.
