The folders I have set up under Inbox won't stay collapsed. Every time I open
Windows Mail all the folders are expanded. Under View, Collapse and Expand
are greyed out. I manually collapse them, but the next tiime I open Windows
Mail they are expanded again.

: I have the same problem and contacted Microsoft. They
said it's programmed to do this and to the best of their knowledge -- they
have no plans to correct the situation. Unbelievable!!!!!!!

Leadsinger,
Thanks a million. That seems to have fixed it. Funny this just started for
no good reason that I know of.

Gary,
I mistakenly posted my thanks under Leadsinger. Thanks for this guidance.
It seems to have worked. I thought it was strange that my problem of
constantly expanded folders just started recently. Don't think I changed
anything. But now seems OK.

I'm curious. How did Leadsinger fix your problem since he
did not offer a suggestion or fix?

Thanks for that feedback.
