Folders - Documents, Pictures, Videos - Map to External Drive?

Hi, When I save a picture, document or video, I don't want Vista to point me
to C:, but rather to another drive and folder. How can I set this up?

Yes, like in Yahoo mail, when I go to attach a document, Windows always
points me to c:\user\documents. I want to change the path....
