Folders collection GetFirst

Hello,

How OOM actually determine which item is the first in the collection.
For e.g., the Folders collection, which is first folder. Is it by which one
created first?

After some check, I believe it is based on PR_CREATION_TIME.

(correct me if i am wrong)
