Folder's are opeing in new window

please i need help from all, if i open any folder in my computer it will open
in new window i dont like this i want it to open in the same window I have
try to go for the Tools->folder options->Under browse folders I have been
choes - open each folder in the same window _ it's the same thing still
opening in new window so please i need very very very big help from every one
and microsoft to help me with that please any one help me very soon, i am
using Xp Home Edition.

Toggle it to force a registry update...
Open any folder, click Tools, Folder Options, "General" tab, and under "Browse Folders", uncheck
the box, "Open each folder in the same window", Apply, OK
Then go back and check it again, Apply, OK
You may have to log off or restart to see if it stuck.

Thank you for the reply but it did not work even i have restart th system it
sself and did not work so please find me a salution for that it 's all ready
