Folders and files question

Hi!

I'd like to break up my Outlook folders into multiple files for safety
reasons. The 400Mb+ .PST file is beginning to worry me.

The problem is that I would also like to keep my folder structure. Is
there a way to have both?

That is

+ Calendar (in folders.pst)
+ Contacts (in folders.pst)
+ Inbox (in folders.pst)
--- A Folder (in otherfolders.pst)
--- Another Folder (in anotherfolder.pst)
+ ... etc ...

You might want to take a look at the AutoArchive feature first. You can
find a lot of information about it in the Help menu, but feel free to
post back if you have specific questions. Data that is AutoArchived
will retain its original folder structure in the archive.pst file.
