Folder View Changes at Random

Hello,

I'm experiencing another problem that is quite annoying.
I really dislike Thumbnail/Tile view in folders. So since
day 1 I applied List view to a folder and then "Apply to
All Folders". Great!

But it seems that at random, when browsing through
folders in Windows Explorer, a folder will suddenly be in
Thumnail view even though I haven't changed my folder
view settings. I will then change the view to List and
again click "Apply to All Folders". This works fine for
awhile and then again a folder will seemingly at random
display in Thumbnail view. As I said, quite annoying.

Is there a fix or reason for this?
