Folder Security

Is there a way to let a group of users have access to a folder and allow
them to add, delete and modify files within that folder BUT prevent them
from deleting that folder?

Apply the permission to 'Subfolders and files only' or 'Files only'
To do so, click on the security Advanced button.
Click Add the account if not already done. Click Edit and change the 'Apply
to' to the desired scope.
