folder security

I need to set folder security for a folder where everyone
must have rights to do everything other than DELETE, MOVE
& MODIFY. how do i set the folder security for this.
 
Read/list/execute/write would be a good start. You will have to test it out as
write may allow certain file modification, but not deletion. If you get
undesired results go into advanced permissions and select edit for the
appropriate group and remove "append data" to see if that helps. If this folder
contains Word files, you may not get desired results due to the way Word handles
temporary files and you may want to post in a Word/Office newsgroup. -- Steve
