folder security

i need to give security permissions to a folder of mine on
my win2k server.

user1 = full control
user2 = full control
everyone = can view files, read files. but cannot make any
modifications or delete any files.

how do i go about this.

Make a group and add the two users you want to have full control to the
folder. Give this group full control of the folder.
Create another group and add users you want to view the files only. Give
this group read only rights to the folder.
