I am trying to redirect the MY Documents folder to the
users home directory on their server. In the target folder
location I am inputing "\\serv\vol1\users\%username%\"
When the user logs in, and opens MY Documents folder they
see their home folder, I want it to open up inside their
home folder. I am using the wrong Varible?

You are using correct environment variable, but it is unclear what do you
have set as a user's home folder. You might want to check the following KB
article:

KB274443, HOW TO: Dynamically Create Secure Redirected Folders By Using
Folder Redirections

We are using win2000 terminal server sp4 with Citrix XPa
feature release 3. I have users connecting to this server
with Wyse terminals. I want to redirect the MY Documents
folder to their home folder which is on a Novell server 5.1
I have created a folder for each user (that has the same
name as their Logon name)inside a folder called Users. so
using "\\serv\vol1\users\%username%\" only gets them to
the "Users" folder where they can see their folder with
their name on it. I want it to point directly inside their
home folder. Each user can only see their own home folder
under "Users" and have full rights to their home folder.
