Folder Redirection Problem

One of our Windows 2000 Pro SP4 computers won't do what the other computers
do: redirect the My Documents folder to the server and make the My Documents
folder available offline (according to the only Group Policy on the server)
when a user logs on for the first time. The setting specifies the location
based on group membership, offline files are administratively assigned.
Everything looks good, and works good on other computers. Any ideas on what
could be causing this?

Hi David run the command-line tool gpresult (included in Windows Server 2003
and WindowsXP) to make sure the particular policy applies.

Thanks Chris, that's a great tool. Turns out the DSN server address wasn't
entered, but set to obtain DNS server address automatically. Entering
correct address fixed the problem. Thanks again,
