Folder Permissions

I have multiple folders under the inbox for filing purposes. When I
originally set up permissions on the inbox, everything was fine. But as
personnel starting departing and new personnel arrived, it is an impossible
chore to keep inherited permissions assigned throughout the multiple folders.
I tried using the Copy Folder Design feature to replicate the permissions to
other folders from the Inbox, but the permissions did not update. Any
suggestions? Is there a mass way to fix?

What version of Outlook are you using?

Any permissions you give to the root Inbox will automatically propogate to
new folders created beneath the Inbox.

I understand that new folders will be alright, but what can I do to maintain
existing folders -- the new permissions don't propogate to existing folders.
That is my issue.

As far as I could tell, this utility only works on server folders -- not
specifically on Outlook subfolders. Any other suggestions?

Your folders are in an Exchange mailbox, yes?
