I took all access away from all of my users to a certain
folder, now i cant delete it, anyone know if there's a
way to override folder access in some way or another?

This is the answer I got yesterday to a similar question:

Firstly I would turn off "simple file sharing". In windows
explorer go to tools> Folder Options. Select View. Uncheck
use simple file sharing.

Then you can go two ways.... explicitly define the users
access to the folder. eg> click on folder and right click
for sharing. Add the user in or the other way is to create
user groups and add the users to the groups. Then add the
groups to the folders share as stated previously.

Hope this helps....
Brad
