Folder permissions

The security tab is missing from the folder properties on
my XP pro. Anyone any suggestions on what may be wrong??
 
Go to Control Panel > Folder Options > View and uncheck
"Use Simple File Sharing" and click "Apply".

P.S. Your drive must be formatted NTFS.
