Why does the "Use simply file sharing" not appear in my list of options
under

Folder Options => View => Advanced Settings.


I am running an XP SP2 system.

hi dennis,

the ability to disable simple file sharing is only available in XP PRO. XP
HOME cannot turn simple file sharing off.
