folder not opening also

I see that i am having the same troubles as some other person before me. i
cannot get some of my folders [my computer, my pictures, my documents,
control panel] to open.I also have a error warning coming up when i start
turn on the computer saying "error loading c:/windows/ hlavqz.dll the
specified module counld not be found." I have tried the other suggestion
and they have not worked. can any one help me?
