A client of mine recently had an employee leave. This person had set up a
folder structure within Outlook (via SBS 2003 with Exchange) where he stored
numerous emails that contained .pdf files. The folder structure that he
created goes up to 5 levels deep. I imported his folder structure into public
folders so that certain employees can now refer to those folders and emails.
I want to share the entire folder structure with 5 employees. The problem is
that there are so many folders it will take me a few hours to individually
share each folder. Is there a way to share the main folder and have those
share permissions applied to all sub-folders within the public folder
heirarchy?
