Folder List

Recently, I noticed two links that showed up at the bottom of my folder list,
thereby shrinking the amount of folders I can view as this takes up room at
the bottom. I cannot seem to figure out how to remove these links. They are
"Folder Sizes" and "Data File Management". They are separated at the bottom
of the folders by a blue line that is not resizeable. I cannot either shrink
or remove this added window and I don't want it to show. I like to see all
of the folders that I can in one pane.

Those two items always appear at the bottom of the Outlook 2003 Folder List
view.

It's not an added window; it's been there since you installed Outlook 2003.
You won't see them if you use the Mail view, but then you won't see all the
folders, just the mail folders. They shouldn't be in your way because
they'll always be below all your folders. If you can't see all your
folders, you can resize the window or use the scroll bar on the right of the
Navigation Pane.
