Folder list is showing everything in My Documents folder

I have FP 2002.
I haven't published in about 3ish weeks. During that time I think there's
been a Microsoft update, an Adobe update and my Power Supply blew and the
computer was down for a week. I don't know if any of that is relevant.

I opened FP to update my site and usually it'll open it up to the last page
I was working on. It will say at the very top C: \documents and
settings\owner\my documents\and the name of my website.
Now it wont list the name of my website and when I click on the View tab to
show the list of folders it displays everything in My Documents. And my web
folder that is supposed to be a folder with the little world globe on isn't
there, it's there but it's just a plain folder, no globe.
I can open a webpage and edit it but I can't publish and I'm publishing FTP.
When I tried published earlier everything was erased off my site and I got a
403 error message when you clicked on the url.
If I try to publish by right clicking and publishing that individual page,
it'll say it's publishing but when I go to the site online to look, no
changes have been made and I would publish my image folder as well.

So someone please help me.

In FrontPage, right click on the "plain" folder and then select "Convert to web"
