Folder invisible - (It is not of 'read-only')

Hello to the group!
My question: How can I make invisible a folder? (It is not of 'read-only')

right click on a folder and then click properties from the menu.
then in the window that appears check the box "Hidden"
and then click on apply. this will make the folder invisible
but u wil have configure explorer not to show hidden folders.
to do that click on tools | Folder options
click on the view tab
see the option "Do not show hidden files and folders"
this will make the folder invisible

but if any other user turns it off then they will be able to see the folder and it will have a different shade and be in a different colour than the original colour of other folders.
