folder icon with blue down arrow

I've got a user running Outlook 2000 on Windows XP SP2 with Exchange 2003.
We recently noticed that the folder icons in her folder view list have small
blue down arrows with them. It's almost as if they're slated to be written
to CD. What gives?
 
Hi John,
Forwarded messages are marked with the small blue down arrow
on the open envelope icon.

Dave, thanks for your insight. The blue arrows actually appear on the
folders themselves, rather than on individual messages. I finally figured
out that enabling offline access to your mailbox causes this arrow to appear.
