Is there any way to use the folder.htt file to customize your folder in Windows XP Home Edition?
 
Copy the desktop.ini
Delete
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\Shell
key (cause it won't notice lines refering to htt if it has settings in the registry).
