Folder Details

If you change the folder details for a parent folder, how
do you get it to show up in child folders as well? Example
if I add the attibute details to c:\temp, it isn't there on
c:\temp\directory2.

While in Windows Explorer, select Folder Options from the Tools menu. From
the View tab, left-click once on the Apply to All Folders button.

the View tab, left-click once on the Apply to All Folders button.

But note that this sets up a default for all folders. It does not
result in applying to the children of the folder concerned and them
only, which is what I think was asked for. nd AFAIK that cannot be done
