Folder Details - Changing file Size units?

Is it possible to change the file Size units that are displayed in explorer
when details are on? It's defaulted to KB and I would like to change that to
MB. Searching around on the Internet and found some third party file
managers can do it but I'd rather not use one of those, any suggestions?

In my search I found something for viewing folders MB, maybe this can be
modified? Check it out here: http://markd.mvps.org/home.asp
 
I'd rather not use a third party explorer.
