folder already exist?

Hi, I cannot create a sub-folder, a message says it exist already. How do I

If the folder you want it under has any subfolders, there will be a triangle
to
the left of its name on the folder list. Click on the triangle to make the
subfolder list appear or disappear.

On the folders list, do you see a triangle to the left of the folder it is a
sub-folder of? If so, click on this triangle.

and the list of sub-folders appears, yes.

But the name of the new sub-folder I want to create is not in the list.
I have a message to tell me this name already exist.

Could be a bug. However, it's also possible that there's already
a sub-folder by that name under some other folder, and that's
enough to make it report this error.

If it seems to be a bug, you might as well report it at this site,
since Microsoft doesn't seem to have anyone reading this
newsgroup any more:

Try creating it with a different name. Afterwards you can rename it.
