If the folder you want it under has any subfolders, there will be a triangle
to
the left of its name on the folder list. Click on the triangle to make the
subfolder list appear or disappear.
Could be a bug. However, it's also possible that there's already
a sub-folder by that name under some other folder, and that's
enough to make it report this error.
If it seems to be a bug, you might as well report it at this site,
since Microsoft doesn't seem to have anyone reading this
